Well, I find the chicken and pork I buy pretty flavorful, but improvements are always welcome. I like what you said earlier about the artificiality of the distinction between chemicals and organic farming. Organic chemicals just contain carbon in the right configuration. I had friends with an organic garden, dutifully using tobacco juice as pesticide, and hauling manure, and I thought the end result was pretty pathetic, considering the effort. But more than that, we must improve efficiency and augment nutrients to feed the multitudes for an affordable price......
