TI does not even list a DSL modem on their website. They sell the DSP's in the modems. I wonder whose modem is really in the box?? Is TI manufacturing modems??

WSTL is not going after the regular home user which this SBC promotion targets. WSTL's target is small Business and MULTI FAMILY USERS. The DSL internal modems will most likely use up A LOT of the computers processing compared to an EXTERNAL modem. Remember that DSL is not like the 56K modems which are only on when you are online...DSL is 24/7 and best to be external...atleast for now!
