Dnorman, buyouts are strange things. . . and they rarely work out in favor of the shareholders. As you hold LCOS, you must look to TRRA for your direction. . . as TRRA goes, so goes LCOS. . . .unfortunately, the world is short-selling TRRA. . . forcing the price downward.

Since the deal, TRRA has been cut in half. That means that LCOS is likewise cut in half. My guess is that TRRA will bounce soon. . though not far. . .and level off in the low 30's. . . until the deal is complete. . . unless they get some good news.

Now would be the time to BUY LCOS, which carries a premium over the deal from here. . . should it go through. I have no idea whether or not it will go through. . .and that is why LCOS sells for LESS than the conversion rate of TRRA upon sale. That is the discount that tells you public consensus. If the discount is tight, the confidence is high. . .average is between 5% and 15%. . . above 15% would indicate confidence is low that the deal will go through.

And yes, LCOS would spike hard, should the deal be aborted.

Hope that helps,
