What type of board of directors would sign on to such a deal? IMHO, the type that plans to be around to see what Wendt can do -- AFTER the current common equity has been crushed in the, uh, reorganization. The way I read it, this saga goes on beyond Chapter 11. That's neither here nor there as far as the stock is concerned, but I wouldn't be hanging Wendt in effigy for crimes against humanity just yet.
