Yeah- and we don't even like fish that much. I would love the ride- I love the ocean, even when it's rough. MAybe especially when it is. Mostly it's for Ammo, I think. He has visions of himself in the fight chair, gloves on, man against fish, maybe sees himself pinned against the deck by a shark, his leg ripped to shreds, or leaping into the towering waves to rescue his mother who is swept overboard by a sudden rogue wave. As he said rather condescendingly referring to poor Mark Wahlberg who apparently had a few problems while filming the Perfect Storm- "I wouldn't have puked on George Clooney's feet." For Dan I think he fears this is our last family vacation for a while- it was really hard to get us all together for this one. But even my baby brother is joining us- and he is a wildman. (I know this will surprise you, since you know how shy and retiring I am) THe boys adore him. ANd Dan just doesn';t want to look back and regret not doing something. Think I just talked myself into the big one.
