There ya go, Scoob...an olive branch. Take it.

Simply out of respect for Ron being one of the last 'old timers' left here, I think I'll head the advice and let the rest of the pieces of the puzzle fall into place.

Ron, you obviously have some insight/connection that the rest of us don't., so, please pass this message personally, from me as a small shareholder, to the powers that be (and I'm not the least bit embarrased to say this publicly either) :

Take that STUPID race car off the website UNTIL THE CASHPADS SHIP, ECNC IS RELISTED AND ECNC's FIRST REVENUES GET POSTED. The only ones impressed are other posers with bad toupee's and gold nugget rings. It's a freaking embarrasment.

frankly, I think the FIRST thing Tom should do is SELL the $#*#**# cars, and mail every registered shareholder a check for $1000. That'll earn a hell of a lot more respect.

Even through ALL THIS $##$%, I'm still excitied that ECNC has a viable, useful concept (anyone else notice how quiet STAR et. al have been about THEIR product development???).

.My original 15,000 shares are LONG gone, and I've enjoyed the small profit (damnit that I was greedy and didn't sell higher). My 1000 shares left over will stay in place until they're worth $100k, or $0.

Ronnie Ronnie Ronnie..

Peace!

I won't cop an attitude..

I will be objective..

I don't think you're a classical "pumper"..

I will "let it go"..

I basically look forward to productive dialogue and
will work harder to participate in same.

I apologize for any misunderstandings and underhanded
comments.

Now.. I DO get your point about the Fed/x contract
being indicative of "something" perhaps going on..
But to me, the company putting out another PR slightly
insinuating that 100,000 cahspads may be shipped soon,
is just another example of their lackadaisical attitude.
I think they're trumping up ANYTHING they can to try to
revive the stock. Once cashpads start shipping.. Well, THAT
is going to be exciting news.. ACTUAL people using ACTUAl
cashpads to make ACTUAL purchases generating ACTUAL revenues. I'm too tired to buy into any more "dreams"
and "future potential earnings", I want something REAL and
tangible.. The cashpads are real AND tangible, and I believe
getting $.5-$1 for every over-the-internet transaction is a
fantastic idea and a multi BILLION dollar business...

But.. Will eConnect be there? I g-u-a-ran-tee you that
there are more than a dozen SERIOUS players out there
attempting to rush similar or alike products to market..
Players with management in place with experience in this
field.. SERIOUS BUSINESS PEOPLE!

I have my doubts about Tom and Manny's expertise.. Throughout their FCC filings they admit to having NO experience or expertise in their given field.. That just
don't cut it in such an explosive and potential marketplace.

Combine that with no revenues, no cashpads, SEC halt, stock
volatility, the revolving door of accountants and lawyers,
somewhat (if not blatant) misleading PRs, excessive executive compensation and outlandish consultant fees..
Well..

These are my personal opinions and the reasons I no longer believe in the company, take it for whatever it's worth..

May the market be good to all of us!
