Ouch!

The granting of options Nov. 22 is specially annoying given the trading price of the stock.

It doesn't paint a pretty picture.

Nov 29, 1999 - the turning point.

If you recall, this is the day National bid for 100,000 shares at $3.00 / share. It's also the day an investor, via Canaccord, threw 50,000 shares at National's bid - one trade. The price slid fast and furious after that trade.

I find it particularly disheartening that insider sales took place on Nov 29, '99. Equally discouraging, is the fact that some of these insiders may have liquidated their entire position in the Company since then.

If your information is correct, and I believe it is, it's going to take a miracle to revive TOMmy. It's possible, but the Company will have to pull off a helluva surprise to win back investor confidence. IMO, it's not going to happen.

Best of luck,

JT
