Do you really think that is possible?
I don't like dubya, but I can't stand the Al Gore proposal of USA (Universal Savings Accounts), being paid by taxpayers.

Personally, I think it is all electioneering, and whichever one of those bozo's gets in, won't be able to do much. Congress will see to that.

Actually Jeb Bush initially refused to eliminate the intangible tax...humm...
I guess too many of the poor flolks became rich and the tax got too unpopular...

AS to the cap gains tax...The gave that to the real estate industry. If they give it to everyone else it's katy bar the door on inflation...
