I tend to agree...about Cramer's sour grapes. Last week he claimed he only owned one F/O play: JDSU. Either he sold (which imo is typical Cramer) and feels "burnt." Or he would like to see a "this won't pass muster with the SEC" type rally. My guess is the former. Cramer is a smart man. Often a good trader. And he is a lawyer. But he never practiced. Not sure he has any insight into what will or will not pass muster. That said, I'd be very, very surprised if the antitrust lawyers who fought the ETEK merger through the SEC were not consulted. jmho
