Carpino felt that both the NDX and the S&P had to take out the June 19th highs by the 17th of July or we were in for a bearish trend towards the end of the month.
The S&P obviously has taken those highs out the NDX still has a ways to go.

That's true, and it is even doing a bit better than the OEX/QQQ's. I just sold my calls on those for a nice gain right at resistance. I hope I didn't make the wrong decision, but I did put some of the money in ATML.
