Art: In brief, this is fuzzy at best. What "pop" is is a bit like our President's remark that it depends upon what "is" is. Whatever the definitional fog, the clear point is that many of us will have more than one gizmo using CDMA/HDR - our phone, our vaious handhelds, our laptop, our PC, and on and on and on. One person, many "gizmos" to count. Clearly well over 100% for the likes of us. The poor in the jungle, a bit less, but a village phone, maybe. No idea how this will balance out, but it is not at all one for one. And replacements and upgrades, happen. Best. Chaz
