Are we all living in an Orwellian world of Doublespeak? The forecast is for CPI to be up 0.5% and the Core Rate to be up 0.2%. SO .....as
long as the media numbers don't exceed we are just AOK? None of us eat and drive, of course, .....but if we do? the annual rate of inflation is 6%!!!!!
And the weighted average of Naz PE is about
144.......PWER is 295 !!!! Boinnnnnngg......Irrational exuberance??? Bubble????? Deja vu all over again???? You bet! The Fed has NOT finished lowering the hammer on the frenzy of techno-euphoria, led by CNBC bubblevision, and the great brain washed.....Interestingly, the parent of CNBC, GE, (which has made more millionaires than any other stock) reported record earnings and DECLINED Friday...but no matter: the irresponsibility of the media will have its come uppance....Commercials are record short....We approach 62% Fibo retracement of the NAZ since the lows...This is a B wave rally with the C decline to come...i.e. THE BIG SWOON...Caveat Emptor. PWER may have a little left..but the best bets are now to the downside.
