Chris Byron was interviewed on Bloomberg TV a few minutes ago. Unfortunately, I tuned in (via bloomberg.com's internet broadcast) too late to hear what was said. I just got the last question, where the moderator asked Byron "Without saying whether this is a scam, how can investors protect themselves from scams?" Bryon said to read the SEC filings. I wonder what was said before then. Don't even know for sure which company was discussed, although ZERO might be a good guess.
