Dave, Sone has been a disappointment for me. I bought some at 34 1/2.:-(
There's a big black cloud hanging over this company. Law suits all over the place.A Seattle-based law firm filed a class action lawsuit against Internet-based financial services technology provider S1 (Nasdaq:SONE), charging that the company violated federal securities laws.
I'm not going to add at this point in time.
>SAN FRANCISCO, June 20 /PRNewswire/ -- The following is being issued by Robertson Stephens, a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers, CRD number 41271:

INTERNET

Estimate Change:

S1 Corporation (Nasdaq: SONE)

Buy

2001 EPS: $0.50 from $0.70

Scott Appleby, eFinance

"Revenue projections have been adjusted down on S1 Corporation to reflect the continued pricing pressure in the consumer suite licensing market and the difficulties in developing a clear revenue picture with licensing sales," said Appleby. "Management turmoil at CitiBank has led to speculation regarding the company's Internet strategy and conjecture that S1 Corporation's historically strong relationship may be in jeopardy. Given the potential difficulties facing S1 Corporation, we feel it is prudent to lower our second quarter, 2000 and 2001 revenue estimates."
