tim dude and joe K-

thank you both for your very kind and caring PMs. they touched me deeply.

not to worry... i'm not in dire straits. i'm one of the fortunate. my self worth and happiness is not dependent on material goods.

i shared my story as confirmation for friends... not as much for those who haven't experienced financial losses in the market as for those who have.

to me, it's not a lesson to avoid risk - it's a confirmation that money is a dynamic commodity that flows like water or electricity. over the course of three years in the market i've had it flow freely both ways - three times - the perfect annual circle. i can do it again. money is always flowing into and out of the market. as i become more in tune and aligned with the flow i become a more likely, and larger, conduit. i've gained so much knowledge from the people on this porch about financial tools, strategies and opportunities that i'll always have an edge in investing. don't worry, i won't give up.

i'm learning that money is like love and the same laws apply... the more you give, the more you receive. if you try to hold on to it and possess it, you stop the flow. if you trust it, set it free, give it away and share it, you open up the potential to have it flow through your life endlessly.

...and accordingly, it does not possess you.

love,

-polvie
