henry got a play on cnbc as who got the most raise in fortune yesterday. $315 millon increase. not in bill gates league yet,but 1/3 bil ain't nothing to sneeze at. congrats to henry! the merger will force potential customers to get off the pot and sign those deals that were on hold waiting to see if they could circumvent gmst ip. no way now! rocky

Piyush,

I agree that we all need to get a better understanding of TV Guide's part of the mix. When the merger agreement was initially announced, I remember analysts were looking at the combined entity from an EBITDA point of view. I imagine I'm gonna get an extensive self-taught course in EBITDA in the pursuit of understanding the new Gemstar.
