I remember analysts were looking at the combined entity from an EBITDA point of view.

Mike,

I believe this may change in the months ahead. It is my understanding that the combined company will have an EPS valuation model albeit EPS before Goodwill amortization.

Hi Mike:

I was wondering if you, Stew, or anyone could comment on whether or not GMST plans on integrating "Push / Pull" sales strategies in the EPGs? The 7/10/00 conference call did not mention it.

Also . . . does IATV have anything to do with such a strategy? and if so could that be the reason for John Mallone's IATV participation?
