Yes SHE is shareholder's equity.

Shareholder Equity is up from (1.6 million) to $3.9 million.

GFP already shows up as a $2.5 million asset. Will be cash instead of shares after sale.

As far as my post on RB on SHE, It would take me equally as long to find it as I post fairly regularly. If you tell me what you want to know, I can try to respond back.

5) NATL INSTITUTE COS OF AMER, "Re: NICM POTENTIAL"
Posted By: Hanz K. Brabant, IV Posted On: 3-Jun-00

We have received word from the states that National Institute Companies of America is quietly breaking into large scale financial programs which will cause NICM to emerge as one of the top industry banking/finance leaders, without having the overhead that nationally and internationally recognized power banks are hit with due to serious competition centered in major metropolis areas.

We have confirmed that NICM truly beats in most cases the rates of the largest financial institutions. We believe that these large institutions are troubled that they cannot compete with NICM's packages, and [the large institutions] are hoping that word will not spread to their customers.

Our affiliates believe that NICM's management has a specific plan to communicate extremely enticing offers on a major public campaign scale to sway members from these large institutions. Several entities foreign and abroad are being alerted regarding the opportunity to purchase shares in National Institute Companies of America.

We believe the financial advantages that NICM can offer clients will trigger several U.S. and international banks to attempt to acquire NICM. Please post information on this thread to confirm the above or to support the investment potential here.
