no danger of law suits there...

i find it remarkable that the pimp concerned actually held 'critical' (read: bearish) views...normally one would expect them to come forward with support for one of the countless cheer-leaders.

Considering what Credit Suisse's lawyers will charge them for this lawsuit, it's an incredibly stupid waste of money. They have zero chance of prevailing, although the defendants will have to hire lawyers, which is no fun, and that's the point. It's supposed to scare the rest of us from saying nasty stuff about Credit Suisse. Hey, Credit Suisse, if you're reading this, Credit Suisse's analysts are morons and bimbos. Bring it on.
