Marvin, Just as you don't want to do DD for me I won't do DD for you. If you don't know why IDCC isn't listed on the ETSI.org site to bad. Maybe someone else may afford the courtesy of telling you why but it won't be me. Your a hot shot and stand on that statement, so be one. JimLur

Marvin, re ETSI.org IPR ETSI abandoned their IPR listing for 3g tech; transferred that responsibility directly to the ITU. if you look back over the last year you'll find news regarding this transfer (over a year ago now). IDCC did not list with ETSI due to this change as voted by ITU meeting members. now nothing in the way of 3g IPR listed with ETSI carries any validity. very old news. if you're shorting IDCC based on your information, then your shorting it based on a false premise. of course, there's much false information running around. you're not alone.
