I think SCI is in turnaround mode Paul. It remains at a larger discount to other top tiers, albeit somewhat smaller (a discount) than a few weeks ago. If they continue to pick up new comm business as I expect, its margins will continue to creep up, as will its groth rate. As that happens, its multiple should expand to be more in line with its peers. I think it remains a buy and I won't hesitate in low 40s to add more.
