Hi,
I also have a problem with motion sickness. I get sick when there is the slightest turbulence in a plane or a boat.
In a local Walmart pharmacy I found some wrist bands that had a small bead in them. When worn on the wrist the bead applies pressure to the inside of the wrist. It is a form of acupuncture. I have used this the last two times I flew and never experienced any discomfort. I think they cost about $5 or $6 for the pair. In any event they are now a permanent fixture in my travel kit.
Hope this helps.
Bernie
