I think TX remains a good takeover candidate, as this sector heats up more. If Peter Bijur doesn't get it, then eventually there will be a hostile offer and TX will be sold. The stock remains undervalued.

I've been buying through the DRIP, and am content to continue to collect a better than average dividend until shareholder value is unlocked.

Right now I'm down about 9.5% on TX. With projected earnings growth, it's a bargain. I don't understand why the stock isn't going up either. Maybe it's the uncertainty about future oil prices. Earnings growth compared to PE is great. As earnings grow TX's price should improve.
