Compliment. Progress. Moving on. The paradigm. Allow me to give an observation my Friends.

It is apparent that many of you are moving forward, changing your styles, getting a better handle on things, building your confidence back up after getting hit so bad, by QCOM especially.

I think this is GREAT! What a step many of you have taken this past week or so.

Some are going to cash, fine. Some are doing some shifting of assets, fine. Some are holding but have changed their time horizon, their expectations, fine. All fine. Add to that, many of you are going through some life changes as well. It is obvious, though, that many have made a conscious decision to change, to break out of a paradigm. That is super. It is hard to do and you've done it.

Congratulations. A big step forward I think anyway. The attitude I have seen is positive as well, and I think that a positive attitude is critical to success. When you get up in the morning, it is you that makes that decision what your attitude will be for the day. Even when faced with adversity, a positive attitude is imperative. And you control that.

It is obvious many of you have changed recently, and now are moving on. I just wanted to say that I think it is wonderful. Seize the moment to change, to learn from the past, and now go forward and do better.

I don't mean to preach or anything like that, please don't take it that way. I simply want to compliment those for having the guts to get back on their feet, dust themselves off, look around at what needs to be changed, assess how they can do better the next time around, and then breaking that paradigm.

Have a super weekend my Friends. We all have so much to be thankful for in the grand scheme of things.

RR
