Any way of finding out "when" Johnny's name was added to the corporate records? Might his name have been added when there was an amendment filed in June of 1998. I sure hope his name wasn't on the records PRIOR to this date because then, what did the shareholders get for the shares he's said to have paid in this acquisition.

it's quite possible that more will be coming....... I spoke w/both Renee and Eleanor at PABN yesterday (516-232-2221); I asked them if they could confirm a rumor that ex-PABN employees are bringing a lawsuit against them. "Uh, uh, I dunno" was their response. Renee told me they have a long list of vendors (and employees!) that are waiting, however impatiently, to be paid. Evidently, many checks have bounced, including personal checks from JS to employees for payroll. ragingbull.altavista.com
