Mark,

Agree completely on the look of the Hogan Apex. Love those white lines all up the face and the way the club soles on the ground. My comments on the shafts were probably only valid for me or someone who swings at my speed. The stiff was too low on ball flight, and the "3" regular leaked on the long irons. I am right between flexs for the Hogan shaft.

BTW, the Hogans are cavity back, and I was pretty surprised how forgiving they were. I tried hitting a bunch off the toe and near the hosel and was pretty surprised with the results. Not anywhere near what a Ping will do for you, but then again, isn't the point to get your swing good enough to hit the ball repeatablely in the same spot?

I picked up a second set of clubs about 6 weeks ago. Got the V-25 Armour forged, and I have not hit the Pings but one time since. Might have to sell the Pings if this trend continues.

Hit em good and hope you get to meet Roberts someday. It will be fun to watch the boss putt those Andrews greens.

Have a good one.

TH
