Wow! You may be as bad a junkie for golf equipment as I am. I don't have tons of stuff laying around the house like some of my friends that dedicate 1/2 of their houses to storing golf clubs, but I go through stuff quick and like to experiment too. I've had my eyes on a set of TA EVO 25 irons since they came out. I can't handle all of the offset in the 31s, but the 25s set up really well. I'm interested in the new TriGold shafts that come standard on them too. Haven't had a chance to hit the shafts yet. Haven't seen them on anything but the EVOs.
