Seagate Anvil lifted off of SNDK.

Shares of SNDK have been gradually moving up since it appears SNDK may be just about done selling off all their shares.

I had greatly underestimated the effect that 16 Million pent-up and released shares would have on the stock price, including the massive overall tech sell-off. Oh well, what's done is done. The worst appears to be over, and SNDK seems poised to rally with what should be a strong Earnigs report.

I just hope that the Eli Effect doesn't take effect the day after the Conference Call.

SNDK now moving up to $75

before Seagate's takeunder plans......

Let's see..., so basically the stock was not for sale until the owners decided to sell it.
Same as every other stockholder, I believe. Large blocks and small blocks of stocks are sold everyday for a variety of reasons which often have nothing to do with the value or future of the underlying company.

So let's review so there is no confusion.

You are saying that the stock price is now more precarious because a greater number of stockholders hold that stock which was previously held by one stockholder - Segate.

But the complaint has been that when that one owner (Segate) decided to sell it's shares, it drove the price down because it had so many of them.

So now those shares are more widely distributed and this one large owner sale phenomenon can't happen with those shares.

And your saying this is bad.

You also said:
For all realistic intents and purposes, the float has been increased by Seagate's block.

Really. And this a bad thing? Hmmm, I wonder why was everyone here was so happy when SNDK spit its shares? Silly us! That doubled the float, didn't it?

Good grief. Would somebody contact the company and suggest that at the next stockholder's meeting the company consider doing a 3 for 1 reverse split. That should help the stock price and the stability.

This can be vary confusing. I'm glad we cleared it all all up.
