CGarcia- God, I feel for ya......I remember when you first popped up in aol. It was after you had lost a ton of money and you were counting on aol to make it up for you. It did. But just as it did, the market corrected. Whether selling aol was right or wrong is neither here nor there, it's what you did afterwards that counts.

You should know these chat boards are not a good place for the naive investor, amd moreso, you should not play OTC's unless you are experienced in that arena.

I assume you invested money in a company, lost it, vented your frustrations publicly and got sued? Is this correct? Who sued you...was it the company? Also, just for curiosity, why did you settle out of court for $10k?. First, you said you were broke. Secondly, how much merit did the lawsuit really have. I mean, you are allowed to express your opinion whether they like it or not. Additionally, I do not know you personally, but have known you for over 2 years on SI and frankly, I dont think I ever remember a bad or negative word coming out of your mouth. Even when you were losing your A$$, you were a very "gentle" poster. I find it hard to believe you posted anything that somebody could sue you for $50k...and win.

Anyway, best of luck to you my friend. What are you doing now besides taking care of Dad?
