Quantities will be sufficient for Dell, Compaq, HP and IBm to supply PCs in small volumes.

What does that mean?

I think there were 2 contradictory stories regarding this issue. One was that Willy will be a limited release with only few hundred thousands units in 2000. Another was that Willy will be a mass market part in 2000, implying millions of units.

That means Intel should have the production design done by now and is beginning the ramp around now. I guess the same goes for AMD and Mustang.
