How would you have done the deal in order to secure a true presence and yet gotten it done? Go head to head and screw UPC? There are things in the deal I would prefer different, not the least of which is 50/50-boondoggle socialist management that appears to have been hatched, but, realistically, what do you think they could have achieved in Europe? Do you know for a fact that the way the deal is structured ATHM can be spat out in a few years after being milked for all they are worth to UPC? Do you see any positives from this as it now stands with 'limited' facts that have trickled out. I get the feeling that with rule by committee as it has been, improved with T's hand but still lacking a dynamic clear leadership of ONE, deals like this may be the best we will see. What’s new about that?
