don't you know, it's 'company specific'. in the case of UIS he should have waited until after the report....i sympathize with his style to buy beaten down stuff, but one always has to keep in mind that it can get beaten down even more. this market is unforgiving to cos. that haven't the art of cooking the books down pat.

isn't everybody saying what a great second half IBM's going to have? of course after missing that the first half would be lousy, why should we believe them about the second half...

btw, Niles is still touting Windows 2,000 as a demand inducing development for PC's...utter bunk. from what i'm hearing, Windows 2K is a flop so far.
