My dear Rambi, I really don't see any reason for you to take this attitude. The whole purpose behind SI is that it gives people from all walks of life and from all corners of the world a Forum for discussion and exchange ideas. I agreed with you on the Elian issue while disagreeing with AJ and Michael. On this other issue I side with the other two and don"t share your opinion. The important thing is that the discussion remains courteous and respectful. Dialogue between opposing opinions is often times more enlightening than the boring, narrow-minded monologue presented by those who all share the same views. Despite our opposing viewpoint, no one has IMO shown you any disrespect. I could understand a couple of other posters wanting to leave because of retaliatory remarks made to them, but IMO I see no reason for you to be upset and leave. Unless, of course, you choose not to discuss this issue. Cheers Vince PS - OTOH, if Gonzo were to leave I would give him the ole' one Finger Salute.
