Sorry about the lack of response, I didn't really have a lot to add. Jim indicated a few weeks back that he and the group from San Diego had met and everything had looked to be moving well - finally, however, I just spoke with Dick Billingsly and was informed that not only is the deal dead, but that a cease-trade order is imminent unless they come up with a VERY plum deal VERY quickly. Sept. 15th is the deadline for the cease-trade. At that time they will still have the ability to look for an alternate business venture, but will have a lot more hoops to jump thru as far as the exchange is concerned. This cease trade order has apparently come as a "surprise" and should NOT have been!

Salut,
