Actually Mr. Burns you are as ever dead on in the comparison, since ZSUN et al have failed to respond to our interogatories and have delayed depositons. But August 15th looms and ZSUN and the other "Stable" companies must now report in their 10Q's for the quarter just ended that there is a countersuit filed by one of the ZSUN 8 and that lawsuit is serious stuff (unlike the SLAPP suit that ZSUN and Cragun have filed against the ZSUN 8).
