See, I read something like the post I am responding to, and I see clearly that the only way you can bear your beliefs is through the illegitimate importation of meaning-bearing ideas. For example, the selection process leads to nothing, and has no bearing on the changes in the organism, except to weed out what is critically maladaptive, and provide niches to alleviate competition for resources. Nothing is more complex or useful due to selection........Since there is no reason to suppose that the succesor generation is an improvement, death has no point, and is just death.......
