Why? Human touch is not necessary just need suitable hardware and simple to install software.

Does AOL have truck roll to install their CD?

In the case of ATHM, I would expect truck roll will always be needed for a number of installs. Truck rolls will decline with time due to better hardware which comes with pre installed software.

The customer my feel more comfortable with ATHM if they know they can install it. Let the trucks roll if there is a problem, support is different than an install in this biz.
