I think the reason there have been no trades is that the ITF offers at lower prices have dried up and people are not yet will to go higher on the bids. The breakout in the PGM's caused this I think.

Bob, I think it is the rise in PGM's. Sellers have withdrawn offers at lower prices and Buyer's not yet willing to go higher.
