I think you might be under the same misconception that I was under initially. Since Bertelsmann is a private company its not like they are going to exchange shares in their co for shares in our. They are going to pay $3/share. Period.

Unless the deal doesnt go through. (Or on the off chance someone else makes a hostil higfhewr bid for the co., but I doubt that.
