PT, in doing the max-pain you should weight calls at and below half the max pain point NEGATIVELY. This isn't part of classical max-pain analysis, but its obvious that someone with July 40 calls is not going to exercise the calls and sell the stock immediately, but the "writer" will want to replace the stock while its down.
