The professor is full of shit. Those so called Phoenicians were in fact a previous race of extra-terrestrials who left about 20 centuries ago when it was evident that liberal socialists would eventually form a majority. The proof lies in their fermented drinks. No one today could drink diesel fuel and alcohol in any quantity. Hence they must be a space-based android. This is not entirely implausible. "We" are in fact from "space" as well. Genes of these colonists exist in people today. Anyone left handed who tends to wear dark colours or who has a strong aversion to such team sports as baseball and football is a suspect throwback. Their planet must have been a desert area as all early advanced technological tribes obviously influenced by these visitors avoided the sea and colonized inland. Their language is characterized by word compounding to make new words. Fanning out from this early colonization all races that formed warlike technological conquerors with steel use of which metal's characteristics surpass today's steel, form the basis of all warlike conquering races today whose countries have dominated world power. Spain, Germany, Norway, Italy, Greece, Britain, France, etc... Recently the Chinese gov't dug up a 10,000 year old race of stell users in Xinjiang province, a desert area corresponding to this source area in language and legend. They were European, blonde and advanced steel users with wheel and gunpowder technology. There may have been other basic secrets they discovered in this mummy crypt as the Chinese have since then been very jingoistic and expansive since that date, indicating a technological advance made possible by some basic discovery. A survivor race may have purposely primitivized their technology because of the difficulty of continuing advanced tools without infrastructure or a population base and defensive system that would last. We are now faced with a similar devolution of intelligence and survival characteristics today. With each "losing" generation more and more of hi tech would have been lost. Famine intermarriage, and other steps backwared would have corrupted science as people died and lost the ability to understand. Eventually a religion and myth would have pointed the way back to a much more complex structure. If we decode the bible someday and realize that atomic weapons and DNA are buried in the codes for a future intelligence base that may be able to control the data I would not be a bit surprised. It is doubtful for instance that any scientist today with Newton's evidence could accurately estimate the distance of the earth to the moon and a method of calculating the same or come up with Kepler's theories or Galileo's accuracy of Jupuiter's moons with the same equipment and diffcuties in manintaining it politically. They just found out from Archeaology that the Phillistines of the old testament were the Greeks in fact who had a thriving civilization in Tyre and Sydon during that time. They were overrun and kicked out by, guess who, the Hebes. So the Jews had to have pretty good war technology by that time. Lets mix it up some more. Irish people are thought to be a lost tribe of Israel. Crazy? If you listen to Irish spoken and Hebrew, they sound exactly the same. We don't know the original word structure of Celtic as it has been over 60% Romanized, even in Ireland. ("Caid Mille Failte", a 100 thousand welcomes in Irish, are all Latin words.) The Celts gave the Babylonians steel in trade giving rise to the name Damascus steel. The Celts even traded as far as the Ganges. Both Jew and Celt used the chariot in war in ancient times, before the Romans adopted it. Examine too the problem of Hebrew being markedly different than other semitic scripts and using a separate alphabet. The Shepardics departed to the Iberian peninsula very early in the Hebrew westward migration and retain the fewest Semitic characteristics, many having blonde hair and light skin. Did they mix with the Iberian Celts or where they a blonde haired people when they went there? Was there a natural affinity to mixing with the Celts that is lost to time now? It seems that recent excavations in the Ukraine have now proved that the ancient Scythians who once held sway over the Middle East and who were thought to have disappeared are actually the Ukrainians. (the Ukes paint easter eggs, or Pysankas, with the same crazy patterns the Scythians used in their art.) The Scythians were at first glance a horse and caravan culture. It seems that the Ukraine is great for horses. Even today the Ukranskis seem to have an unusual affection for the beasts. So that brings to two the ancient races who lived in the middle east who were white Europeans. And if we include the Hittites, another disappearing tribe, that would be ~three. Why the Hittites? Well they were Indo European, not speaking a semitic language. Perhaps the Hittites were the Dravidians, who after hassling th Egyptians for a while faded back east. This lends strength to the allegation that the Essenes were light skinned as the Bible says and perhaps the rest of the Hebraics themselves too. It seems that flood evidence and the Epic of Gilgamesh about a people departing the Black Sea area in 5800 BC lend credence to that being the ancient Hebe (Caucasian) homeland. But it was a homeland they occupied after drifting west as they say in their writings. Could the 40 years in the desert been 4000? The Hebe word for year can be translated as "an age" too. In Xinjiang the Chinese found 9000 year old, European (blonde haired), 'natural' desertified mummies, dressed in leather and buried with advanced weaponry and chariots. Could that tribe have been the forerunner of more modern chariot driving warlike tribes who flooded into the ancient Mediterranean by the time Sumer was building its temples? Evidence says that the middle east had no single deity theory until the Jews, but Asia had monotheism at that time. The Aryan invasion over the centuries from the east could have brought the proto-Indo-Europeans speaking the various IE languages that eventually inhabited Europe: Roman, Greek, Norse, Celtic, German, Iranian, Indian, Hittite, Luvian, Phrygian, which are all related tongues. Could the Jews have been part of that European group travelling west out of China? Could that explain the existence of Chinese Jews? So as a Celt, Hittite, Greek, Scythian could I go back to Palestine and claim my fair share as the Hebraics do? What house in Jerusalem do I get? EC<:-}
