The interesting thing is that Henry Blodgett was not on the cc. He had an assistant stand in. She asked a fairly silly question (It was the only one I didn't bother taking notes on). She was obviously not very familar with the company.

Regarding subs, the CFO forecast 400K for Q3. That would leave 800K to do in Q4. Bell absolutely did say that they would be offering a quick install kit that would eliminate truck rolls. He said he was confident that the quick install kit, the retail push to come in Q4 and the work they have done on upgraded homes passed would allow them to meet the 3M target.

He noted the quick install kit would be out in plenty of time for the holidays. Whatever, the discussion on this board, Bell is staking the 3M goal on self-installs. I'm not making a judgement one way or the other whether this can be done or not - just that he stated he could. Of the many concerns I have, I wonder why they wouldn't put this "quick install kit" out this qtr given the stakes. If they have the technology figured out - what's stopping them. Rich
