so like help me get this straight. yesterday, LUzer officially announces that it's gonna IPO its fiber-optics and semi bidnez. last month, LoUie (LoUie we gotta go now) unveils Avaya, letting loose its $8 billion revenue PBX and data-systems unit. LUzer is also selling its power systems division ('99 sales of $1.2 billion) and it sold a handset business earlier this year. what the f*ck is left, over?
