If JDSU keeps heading up, I would expect the discount to increase upwards to 20%

Are you assuming SDLI will stand still?

Well that raises a very good question, for all the players here.

Who pulls/pushes who?

We all know they are inextricably tied, but what would happen if SDLI's earnings were dissapointing to some, but JDSU got added to the S&P.

Does the spread take brunt of this pull/push type of event?

Does one lead, and the other follow? Or do they take turns leading/pulling the other, or following/pushing the other?

Does one act as a "governor", and limit the other?
