Seems like bad news to me Bob. Just as PGM prices are rallying and PFN looks to be coming in with some good results. Why not wait for the price to go up before a massive dilution?

Bob why is this not bad news? See my post on SH. This looks like the rock bottom of ITF and the future likes bright so why not try and do a financing at higher prices. If someone can't give me a good explanation I am going to start believing Vic hit the nail right on the head.
