I'm reposting this rather than posting a link so that Brian won't have to read the icky, nasty Justa thread (G). The table below shows month-over-month percentage increase in the preliminary bookings. (I did not use the revised figures because that would be comparing apples to oranges.) Month Bookings, Percentage Increase from $Billion Previous Month January 2.1778 February 2.2680 4.2% March 2.4517 8.1% April 2.7313 11.4% May 2.7456 0.5% June 2.7961 1.8% 1.8% monthly growth still works out to a pretty nice annual growth rate, but it's a heck of a lot lower than it was. I believe this is why the sector's stock prices have fallen since April.
