Hey Guys, Remember a couple of years ago when LaJoya drove the stock up on a rumor of a possible buyout. The rumor was that the company was going to be taken private. I remember whoever I spoke with at LaJoya, telling me that he expected when the news was to be released the stock to be halted, then open up over $1.00. Well.... that thought crossed my mind when I spoke with Jonathan late yesterday. So I asked him "Is there any chance that the company will be taken private?" His reply was "No Comment". He repeated "No Comment" several times. I couldn't get him to budge one way or the other. Help me here guys... What does "no comment" mean? yes? no? maybe? don't know? Well, I'm guessing that taking it private is a real good possibility. With the stock beat down to where its at, shareholders would jump at any opportunity to get out of it. I just hope that if a buyout is part of Fred's plan, that he will be fair and set the offer at a couple dollars or so. I think that he would have to set the price at something in the $2.00 range, otherwise face possible legal action for allowing the price to hit these levels. Think about it. Jeff
