Lucent Faces "Exodus of Nexabit Staff" What does LU expect? I know many people who works for LU, ATT and PACBELL. I would not hire many of these technical people in my start-up. When I founded this company, I avoided people from these companies, as well as defense companies. Many of the these people are lifers. The are very bureaucratic, political and have not kept up with their technical training. Not start-up material. I think LU is seeing the fruit of their poor management and corporate culture. I know this is a generalization, but unforntuately more true than not (my opinion).
