I can't write or respond to PMs from my Mac. A window opens, but an instant later the browser packs it in. Any insight appreciated.
This has been happening since the new software rollout.

That is valuable, and I'd like to see it back. It may be that it will only be included in our "advanced search" capabilities, which we've been talking about for a while but should be coming in the near future
