drea- i know pastry and baking is your specialty but do you have any entree suggestions for outdoor potluck contributions? we get together on the dock at the marina every saturday evening after sailing and we pool our evening meals. we cook on grills and small portable propane stoves from the boats. i often wrap corn with bacon and put it in foil on the grill and i put sliced potatoes with onions on the grill in foil. then i'll grill a pork tenderloin or some small filet mignons. these make delicious, easy to fix meals but i'm looking for something sorta fancy or exotic and different - just for variety. but it needs to be simple enough that a drunk person could cook it. :-) (hic) love, -polvie
